Our Lady of the Holy Rosary Parish

Our Lady of the Most Holy Rosary’s Fundraising & Events Committee has prepared the following community activities for the month of July. These events will be in english, at the Holy Rosary Church. Saturday July 1st, 7:00 pm – Rosary Prayer Meeting All are welcome, even if you’ve never prayed the Rosary before! Prayer is followed by discussion about the Mysteries of the life of Christ, and the power of prayer in our lives. Prayer intentions can be sent to HolyRosaryEvents@hotmail.com , we will pray for you at our next meeting!

Saturday July 15th, 9:30 am – Children’s Adoration Hour Join us in prayer and community to adore our Lord, in an environment where silence and stillness are NOT expected!!! Games, scripture, colouring, storytelling, and song are on the menu for parents and their little ones in this special hour in Our Lord’s Presence!  This event is prepared for children 4 to 7; older and younger siblings are welcome! 

Sunday July 16th, after Mass – Community Meet and Greet Rushing home after Mass to get lunch on? Have lunch with us instead! Join us for a community luncheon prepared by our events committee. Get to know your Parish community around a coffee and a snack!  Please speak to Shanel or Jessica if you would like to contribute to the food table! 

Saturday July 29th, 11:00 am – St. Anne’s Ladies’ Tea Social Join us for a summer tea party in honour of St. Anne, patron of mothers and grandmothers. A wonderful occasion for daughters, mothers, and grandmothers to gather together and enjoy the sunshine and a sweet treat. Tickets are $5.00, $2.50 for girls under 12.
