He is Risen! Alleluia!

After all the excitement of Holy Week and Easter Sunday (psst… it’s still Easter! Easter season ends at Pentecost, which, this year, is the 19th of May!), April is going to be a quiet month for our parish; a nice break before we hit May and start preparing for First Holy Communions and Confirmations!

Our monthly Rosary Prayer Meeting will take place TOMORROW (Saturday April 6th)! By popular demand, we moved the meet from 7:00 p.m. to 1:00 p.m. Join us as we pray and discuss the Glorious Mysteries of our Lord’s Resurrection, and the miracles that followed. All are welcome! We always have extra Rosaries and prayer booklets! If you can’t make it, comment or email HolyRosaryEvents@hotmail.com with your prayer intentions, and we will pray for you!

NEW! ● FRIDAY APRIL 19TH AT 7:00 P.M. we will be hosting a movie night! We will be watching “The Risen”, which follows the aftermath of Christ’s Resurrection from the point of view of a roman soldier! This movie is rated PG-13, the trailer can be viewed here: https://m.imdb.com/title/tt3231054/

Entrance is free! Snacks and water bottles will be available for $1 each; simply so that we can keep the Children’s Movie Night (coming in May!) completely free!

This month at the Children’s Adoration Hour, we will be doing a fun Easter craft and talking about Jesus’ Resurrection. Join us Saturday April 20th at 10:00 a.m. This event is geared towards children 4-8, older and younger siblings are welcome!

Lastly, we will be having our Community Meet and Greet on Sunday April 21st. Stay a bit after Mass for a sweet treat and a chat; get to know your Parish community! We always welcome donations to the snack table, please let us know if you would like to bring something!
